JASON WILLIAMS
As the owner/director of JJDA, Jill Justin brings over 14 years experience in educating
dancers.  Jill's students enjoy the friendly atmosphere she brings to the classroom and
the supportive nature of her teaching.  Her students have won numerous high score
awards at national talent competitions and have gone on to study dance at colleges and
universities such as Mason Gross, the performing arts division of Rutgers University.

Jill studied dance throughout college in Boston and trained extensively with master
ballet teachers in New York City.  In addition, Jill studied acting and theater at the
American Academy of Dramatic Art and the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, both in
Manhattan.  Jill has judged dance competitions up and down the East Coast and has been
invited to serve as a dance convention teacher.

Jill holds a masters degree from Columbia University and believes that lifelong learning
is key to success as a dance educator.  Her goal is to train students who will not only be
successful in dance, but successful in life.
Jennifer Gill has toured the country with the Starpower National Talent Competition,
working with studios and dancers from across the nation.  She is a group leader for the
PowerPak touring company, where she assists top choreographers from across the
country.  

As a dancer, Jen performed and competed for over fifteen years winning multiple top
awards and honors.  Jen danced as a member of the PowerPak company and trained with
dance legends such as Gus Giordano.  As a teacher, Jen's classes have won raves from
parents and students alike and her choreography has been awarded top score honors at
national dance competitions.

Jen is a full-time faculty member of The Jill Justin Dance Alliance and the principal
choreographer for The JJDA Dance Company.
Jason Williams joins us from L.A. as a guest Hip Hop choreographer.  Jason will soon
be seen on the big screen in "Fame the Musical."  He has danced along side Zac Efron
and Vanesa Hudgens in "High School Musical III" and wowed the judges as a top 20
finalist on Season 2 of “So You Think You Can Dance."  Jason has also appeared on the
Fox hit “Mad TV” and MTV’s dance reality show “DanceLife”.  
Michael Crawford received his ballet training at The Kirov Academy, The San
Francisco Ballet and the Rock School of Pennsylvania Ballet.

He is a current member of the American Repertory Ballet in New Jersey.  He has
previously danced with Ballet Memphis, Dance Theater of Harlem, Pacific Northwest
Ballet and Washington Ballet.  He performed as a guest with Jose Mateo Ballet Theater,
Adam Miller Dance Project, Rebecca Kelly Ballet, and Washington National Opera.

We welcome Michael to JJDA, as the instructor for our intermediate/advanced and
advanced Ballet Technique and Pointe classes.
JASON JANAS
Jason Janas, one of America's best known tap dancers, was featured in Dance Spirit
Magazine with the cast of Derick Grant’s Imagine Tap.  Jason has been keeping busy as
a National spokesperson for Capezio Tap shoes appearing in ads in every major dance
magazine in the country. He also has been a featured dancer in Ayodele Casel's
"Wonderland (A tribute to Stevie Wonder)" and "Diary of a Tap dancer", which was
premiered at the world famous Apollo Theater in New York City.

Jason choreographed the top-scoring tap routines "One is the Magic Number" and "No
Strings Attached" for the JJDA Tap Company.
KRISTIEN OLSON
Kristien received her BA in Theater Arts from the University of Arizona.  She has over
twelve years of training in dance (Ballet/Pointe, Lyrical, Jazz, Broadway Rhythm Tap,
Hip Hop, Salsa, Swing, and Character), acting, and vocal.  She has appeared in over 32
stage productions including
Guys and Dolls, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and
Cabaret
.  

Originally from California, Kristien is excited to be joining the JJDA faculty for our
2009-2010 season.
JC RENZETTI
JC Renzetti appeared on Season 2 of America's Best Dance Crew with his Company
Xtreme Dance Force.  JC has been featured on the MTV show "Made."  He is the
Director of Xtreme Dance Center in Chicago, whose nationally recognized company has
won the Starpower Victory Cup three years in a row.
